- best possible location. Close to SultanAhmet (1 tram stop away). Tram station itself is 2 minutes walking time away. Countless mosques and historical buildings and areas in close proximity. - extremely clean. I was not expecting this level of cleanliness since other hotels that I stayed in previously in Istanbul were not this clean. Cleaning lady comes in each day (we never actually saw her) and changes towels and sheets. Although it was already clean and I did not expect it. Clean lady never entered the room as other comments say while you are in - at least we never had that (we were in the room only during the night and afternoons). The floor was clean and it seems that the hotel was recently renovated. - people working in hotel are very polite, helpful and kind - cheap. I paid almost double the price for worse hotels in Fatih and Vezneciler - lots of restaurants all around thehotel, esspecially once you get to the tram street which is 2 minutes away. - there is a super market 1 minute away from the hotel with everything we needed - shower is very spacious, contrary to the hotels in this pay range - you get a new slippers that you can use to walk around. - size of the room is just fine considering the price and the fact that we came in Istanbul as tourists and not to spend the daytime in the room. If you want to live there for a longer time - perhaps you should need a larger room. But as tourists, this room size was fitting our needs perfectly. - you get a safe where you can store thibgs that you will leave in the hotel. Most of hotels offer this anyway but perhaps it is worth to mention it.

When I booked the hotel they promised to serve a good breakfast for 3€. In fact, the hotel doesn't serve any breakfast at all.

The staff were absolutely amazing! Shout out to the manager who was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. There is a mini market shop 1-2 minutes down the road, which was very convenient. The location is great, with a walkable distance to some of the major touristic spots (grand bazar, haguia sophia, blue mosque, etc). We walked to farther spots like galata Tower and Palace, but if you are not into walks the hotel is also well connected with the tram line T1, which we used quite often during our stay to go to different areas of the city. The room was small but that was not a problem for us. The room has a kettle with tea and coffee, and the bed was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend stay for the price!

The hotel staff at the reception Regaip and Hokan were exceptional, they helped in every possible way, every question was answered efficiently and quickly, the cleaner Gulnara cleaned thoroughly and changed towels, the location of the hotel is close to the Grand Bazaar and the area is always full of tourists, there is a supermarket and restaurants near the hotel. All in all, I left satisfied 😊

This hotel is great! The rooms come with smart TVs, which is a really nice touch, they provide new bottles of water every day, and when there was an issue with my room (an error on my part!) they were really polite in fixing it up and ensuring everything was OK. The staff were super friendly too - the owner greeted me as I left, shook my hand and thanked me for staying, which was really good service. The hotel is also really well located - only 2 mins walk from the tram, 1 minute walk from a supermarket with all the essentials, and mere minutes to the main tourist district. Yes, the rooms are on the smaller side, but for the price you pay, given the location and conveinence, it's what you expect.

I found its location to be highly convenient. Being within walking distance of landmarks like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque and close to train stations made exploring the city straightforward. Considering the affordable price, the accommodations met my basic needs, which was appreciated during the busy season when finding budget-friendly options can be challenging. The staff was friendly and helpful, contributing positively to my stay.

The hotel was better than I expected! Ozi (hope the name is spelled correctly) and the rest of the staff were super friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean except for some hair here and there, and everyday they changed the towels and blankets for us. The hotel is very close to the blue mosque and for this reason could be a little noisy but we weren’t bothered at all. I would 100% recommend this place and I would love to go back to Vizyon hotel if I come back to Istanbul!
